Why it exists
Make representation part of the interface.
Pongo explores what happens when encoded state is inspectable as an image-like object instead of being hidden inside an opaque archive. It is useful as a falsifiable mechanism and as a source of ideas for custom carriers.
Boundary
Not steganographic security.
Visibility, reversibility and concealment are different claims. Pongo only claims the first two where a release proves them.
