Evaluation solely to decide whether to obtain a commercial license is permitted. ### 1.6 Modification **Modification** means a changed, adapted, translated, extended, transformed, or derived version of the Software, whether produced manually or with automated systems. ### 1.7 Distribution **Distribution** means providing a copy of a Covered Work to another party in source or executable form, other than temporary internal transfer solely within the rights already granted to that party. --- ## 2.
